CHECKOUT PAYMENT ISSUES & SOLUTIONS
There is a $2000 Limit for credit card transactions on this website. Any orders over that amount need to be paid for by check or wire transfer.
Every transaction on our website is processed through 3D Secure (3DS) for your protection.
3D Secure adds an extra layer of protection for your online payments.
Managed by credit card companies like VISA (Visa Secure), Mastercard (Mastercard ID Check), JCB (J/Secure), AMEX (American Express SafeKey®), Diners (ProtectBuy®), it ensures transactions are secure by requiring identity verification.
Please contact you credit card issuing entity mentioned here above if you have any questions or wish to challenge a denial code.

IF YOU ARE TRYING TO CHECKOUT AND THE SYSTEM IS GIVING YOU ERRORS PLEASE TRY THE FOLLOWING:
- Popups MUST be allowed for the 3D Secure system to proceed with the verification process
- The Billing Address entered MUST match the bank records for the card. City, State and/or Zip Code Mismatch will cause transaction failure/denial

We will check the error code and let you know the specifics of the error. Please note that as the vendor, we do NOT have access to your questions/answers and we cannot fix or override a denial.
SOLUTION: If troubleshooting does not work, we can email you a an invoice with either Paypal, check and/or wire transfer payment instructions.
You do NOT need to have a Paypal account to checkout using Paypal. Checkout as Guest takes all credit card types. We do not take credit card payments over the phone at this time.
