To be listed on the department database a full kit needs to be purchased. Parts purchased individually do not count and neither do purchases for individual home use.

If you will be donating this kit to first responders (what we call a Sponsorship) you have the option to make the sponsorship in your name, in your company/organization’s name and/or remain anonymous. If you select to remain anonymous none of your information will be shared with anyone. The database entry will show 'Anonymous Pet Lover'. Please use our Contact Us form at any time if you want that to be updated. We will need an order number and/or date of purchase, billing and shipping address and contact name for verification.
The name of the recipient department can remain anonymous in terms of public release however the Company needs to maintain the name of the recipient department for its internal records. The Wag’N Pet Oxygen Mask Department Database

No other personal information than the one you requested is to be provided publicly.

The name of the recipient department can remain anonymous in terms of public release however the Company needs to maintain the name of the recipient department for its internal records. If you wish for the name of your department to not appear on the department database please contact us in writing to make the request. You may add a comment on the billing page comment section as you check out on our online store and/or use the Contact Us Page.

Why we ask for the names of the departments for our records:
Unlike many of our competitors who make unsubstantiated marketing and sales claims as to how many kits and departments their company has provided, this Company provides transparency. Transparency allows us to back up claims made on our site; it allows open information access to departments, potential sponsors, members of the media to verify an acquisition, contact the department to verify satisfaction with equipment and acquisition process amongst other benefits.

Additionally,
* McCulloch Medical, the oxygen mask manufacturer, provides a 2 year warranty on the pet oxygen masks. Our internal records of the recipient end user (the department) serve as official registration should a claim be filed.

* In many instances sponsors are not able to forward the proprietary training efiles to the departments they sponsor. When contacted by these fire departments, having their names on file allows us to verify they indeed have our equipment and process their request in a more efficient and expedient manner.

* If we have a recall on a product or need to send important training updates we need the department names to get that information/product/update to them.

Remember that public anonymity is an option we have no objection to. Our company policy to demand access to the names of the departments protects us, sponsors and departments. Refusal to provide such information at the time of sale will result in either refusal to take the order AND/OR order cancellation through both this website and our Amazon store.

b. Aggregate Information
We use the aggregate information that we collect from our customers in a manner that does not personally identify any individual. We use aggregate information to make our sites more interesting and useful to you. We also track the pages or documents accessed within our site. This information is collected for systems administration and for analyzing and improving the value of the material available on our website.

EMAIL
Please, for your own safety and peace of mind do NOT email or text us your credit card number! We will NEVER ask for it. PLEASE DO NOT EVER PROVIDE IT.
Email is NOT secure. We cannot afford encrypted email. Our online store is protected and encrypted to receive and process secured transactions (https). As a matter of fact, don’t ever send any confidential information to anyone through email. We have no control over our email servers.
